2. Licensing and Scope of Use

All code packages, React templates, WordPress themes, and PHP scripts downloaded from CodeKartt are subject to our standard licensing terms:

• Single Use License: Grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded asset for one personal or commercial project.
• You may modify the source code files to suit your requirements.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the raw code files or upload them to other marketplaces.

3. User Accounts & Security

To make purchases or publish assets, you may be required to register an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and sessions. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments, Currency, and Billing

Prices for products are displayed on the website. We support multiple currencies (USD / INR). Payments are collected via our integrated payment gateway (Razorpay). You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

5. Limitation of Liability

All digital assets are provided "as is" and "as available". CodeKartt makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the compatibility, performance, or bug-free status of code scripts. In no event shall CodeKartt or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the assets.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
