Refund & Cancellation

1. Digital Asset Delivery & Scope
Since CodeKartt offers digital goods (specifically software source codes, React templates, WordPress themes, and PHP scripts) that are delivered electronically immediately after a successful payment transaction, we maintain a strict refund policy. Once you download the file package, you gain access to the source code, and thus digital delivery is deemed completed.
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
We will review and consider refund requests within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions only:
- Non-delivery of the product: Due to system glitches, network lags, or email delivery failures, you did not receive download links and we were unable to resolve the issue within 24 hours of notification.
- Major defects or broken code: The downloaded code package contains critical syntax errors or is fundamentally broken, and the developer/support team cannot provide a fix or replacement files within 3 business days of a detailed support ticket.
- Mismatched Description: The asset is completely different from the description, screenshots, and live demo provided on the product page.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We cannot issue refunds for scenarios including:
- You changed your mind after making the payment and accessing/downloading the code.
- You do not possess the required technical skills or environment (e.g. PHP/Node/React versions) to configure the templates.
- The product lacks a feature that was not listed in the description or shown in the live demo.
4. Processing & Timeline for Approved Refunds
Once your refund request is verified and approved by our support compliance desk:
- The refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method (e.g. UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit card).
- The transaction will settle within **5 to 7 working days** depending on our payment gateway partner (Razorpay) and your issuing bank.
- Upon approval, your access rights and license to use the digital asset are immediately terminated. You must permanently delete the downloaded files.
5. Cancellation Terms
Customers may request the cancellation of any active account subscription or recurring support plan. Upon requesting cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further payments will be debited.
